Divine Nail Policy

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure a timely start.
If you are late by more than 15 minutes, we may need to reschedule your appointment or modify your service to fit the remaining time.
Appointments can be made by phone, online, or in person. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot.

We understand that sometimes schedules change and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

For the safety and health of all our clients, please inform our staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or pregnancy before your treatment.
We follow strict sanitation and sterilization standards in compliance with local health regulations to ensure our clients' safety and well-being.

We welcome your children, please supervise them at all times.
Please refrain from bringing additional guests who are not receiving services to keep the salon environment serene and accommodating for all clients.

Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your service, please inform us immediately. We will make every effort to rectify any issues.
Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds. However, we offer to redo the service at an additional cost or at no extra change, depending on the specific issue of the nails. Please note that you need to notify us within 5 working days after the service is done. Outside of this timeframe, we may not to rectify the issue with free of charge.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings. Please keep your valuables with you at all times.

Our salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to our staff or other clients.
